Engagement-specific refund and cancellation terms are documented in your Statement of Work or MSA. This page summarizes the defaults that apply unless overridden.
Retainer engagements
Retainers can be cancelled with 30 days' written notice. Pre-paid time is honored or refunded pro-rata.
Fixed-bid engagements
Fixed-bid projects are billed at milestones. Cancellations after a milestone is invoiced are non-refundable for that milestone; future milestones are forgiven.
