How quickly can you start?
Most engagements start within two to four weeks of contract. For urgent timelines, we keep a 'fast-start' bench available for a small premium.
Do you sign NDAs and DPAs?
Yes. We sign mutual NDAs before any sensitive discovery, and we have standard DPAs for clients with EU or California data subjects.
Who owns the IP?
You do. All work product, including designs, source code, and infrastructure, is assigned to you on payment. We retain rights to general methods and reusable patterns.
Can you work with our existing team?
Always. Our engagements are designed to augment in-house teams, not replace them. We pair on every PR by default.
What if scope changes mid-project?
Fixed-bid projects include a documented change request process. T&M and dedicated team engagements absorb scope shifts naturally.
Do you offer discounts for non-profits or open source?
